P5 Has Arrived: Paolo Debuts As First Rookie With 25-5-5 Since LeBron James

The Magic lost to the Pistons in Detroit to open their season, however the future looks bright after Paolo Banchero went for 27 points, 9 boards, and 5 assists with a few major highlights in his NBA debut. This was the best statistical line for a rookie in their first game since LeBron James which is a pretty good sign. Jalen Suggs also chipped in 21 points including 4 three pointers which was a welcomed sight.

Bojan Bogdanovic lit up the Magic for 6 threes while Pistons rookies Jaden Ivey and Jalen Duren impressed on the way to a 113-109 victory over Orlando. Kravitz and I hyped up Paolo in our opening segment but also broke down the loss in the podcast clip below.
