Every year during spring training we hear about a young rising star that just looks the part of a major league ballplayer but won't be leaving the minors until mid-May because of service time reasons. This happened with Kris Bryant and Bryce Harper and now the Toronto Blue Jays are doing the same thing with Vlad Guerrero Jr. Will MLB ever change the system to prevent this from happening and is there anything the MLB Players Association can do to challenge the rule.
