Our college hoops expert Mike O'Donnell joins the show to discuss the recent rule changes in NCAA. He and Marc try to figure out what they are trying to accomplish especially when they didn't consult with the NBA or USA Basketball.
He brings up the point that even though the NCAA is trying to prevent scandals like what happened at Louisville and Arizona then these new policies won't fix any of that and if players that don't get drafted want to return to school then it throws a wrench into the plans of coaches while they are recruiting.
